    200 merc upgrade to 250efi question

    I currently have a 16ft cat with an '88 200hp merc. I want to pull the 200and up it to a '98 250efi with 15"mid. I am concerned about weight and obvious torque to get the boat up and out. It's a 3.0 litre 250. The 200 is 25" with no mods.
    Photos show the sideboard clearance..250 weigh more or less in your guys opinion?
