Allison XTB is it a composite hull?

Does a 1988 Allison XTB have an all composite hull including the transom? I assume they are great performing hulls, anything to look out for on a XTB of this vintage? Saw one for sale up here and a friend was thinking of having a look at it.

i think 88 was the last year for the old transom. i believe 89 and up the transoms are aluminum core. i'm not positive, but that is what i was told.

If it is a 88 XTB it has a composite hull and alum transom. They will fly properly set up. Tom

thanks for the help tom... i had a friend that had one set up right with a 260 on NOS he went 117mph and 9300 rpms. moving pretty damn good for a bassboat. i couldn't remember if it was a 88 or 89.
