Electric Outboards
Can anyone suggest a good electric outboard? I'd like to replace my 25hp Merc 2 cycle with one on my 20' pontoon boat for use on a small lake. (For some reason the wife prefers riding around in it to our STV. Go figure!) So far, the best candidate I've found seems to be the Minn Kota E-Drive 2hp electric outboard. Anyone know of a more powerful (commercially available) option? Any info or experiences would be appreciated.

Yes, there are "Real" electric outboards. Minnkota E-Drive isn't one of them!
