What's the black line represent Al?
I dunno, I don't think I've ever seen a dyno sheet look like this one before.
What's the safe operating max. revs of this engine? What kind of heads and what do they flow? Compression ratio?

The black line is fuel enrichment.
    And we have a problem.

    A big one.

    Working on it now.

When the line goes down we are to rich.

And I am very very rich when the secondary comes in.

Has bad bog then it clears and takes off.

You can tell in the video what is happening.

Might be the Digital MSD or just fuel system.

That's being worked on right now.

heads are AFR 210cc CNC max ported with 5/16 steam valves for max flow.

Anything else I will have to kill you~!

not bad, we just pulled my latest bracket LSx motor off the engine dyno. Just over 940 on the engine dyno. Should come out to high 800s through the liberty.

Actually Al, going by the graph it looks like you're too lean on the top end starting at about 4300rpm. Is she making any "popping" noises?
Those 210cc heads should let 'er breathe pretty good up through the midrange into the top end.
What kinda cam are you running? Comp ratio?

The lower the line the richer! Not leaner.

Did you hear any popping nosies in the video?

Have found problem so next test will be different!

The ideal Air Fuel Mixture should ideally hover between 12.5:1 to 13.5:1

The lower the ratio the richer the fuel.

it starts of good, the secondary is very very rich and related to air bleed and jet adjustment.

    And nozzle changes.

The hump is the accelerator pumps stoping and the secondary transferring and become the draft source of power.

This is were Fuel Injection kicks a carbs ASS!

Thanks for the explanation Al, the graph makes sense to me now!
I'd not seen one before that's laid out like that.
I guess they use a tailpipe sniffer to detect A/F mixture?

seein the AFR on the right now. thay got a sniffer for that, dose that work (the sniffer) on it own, like on an outboard in a test tank with a test wheel
on it, for just rpms to AFR ?
