    Hydrostream Venom owners

I'll try this again. Looking for input from anyone who actually owns or has driven a '05 or newer venom. Any and all opinions appreciated. Speed, handling etc.

I'll chime in on behalf of my buddy, Terry Dye, who doesn't post much, he has a venom and loves it, says it's a 'lil slower than an allison, but more forgiving, kinda like an old 'stream. as far as build quality, aint broke it 'n half and no leaks!

    Venom

I hate to get into a pissing match about the Venom vs Allison, STV or Mirage so I will say this.....I love my Venom. As far as the performance goes I think the boats acomplishments speak for themselves.

These are not real hydrostreams. It has the name but not the class or the looks of the Pipcorn boats. It may be built better as the cutting edge materials are way more cost effective now but it is still not a REAL Hydrostream. Contzen should have named his company something else, maybe Allison wannabe?? The only true Hydrostreams made now are made by a man named Spaeth in Canada.

How can one person use the hydrostream name while the other person needs his personal name to distinguish this? If the 1st person owns the hydrostream name I would think its a real hydrostream no matter what is done with it.
I think it looks nice whether or not its called a "rose"
