mariner/merc
does anyone know if a mariner mid/lower section can be mounted on a merc power head /upper?

Merc and Mariner are/were built side by side. The only difference is the paint color and the stickers on the cowl.

my mota has a mariner mid, merc trim, merk tilt and swivel bracket, mariner mounting brackets, merc lower hard parts , mariner carrier, and mariner case... a HP adaptor from a 2.4 and a 2.5 powerhead... everything interchanges unless its a mariner japanese mota... ( all were less than 50 hp)
