Hi powerabout, i couldnt answer your question properly as i race F1 river races, but the current Aussy rule book says F3 -1.25ltr carby or EFI min hull lngth 3.5m 350KG so i would presume max power 1250 as we also have an 1250 - 1800cc class, also yamato & 800cc classes.

Do you know where I can download the rules on the actual engine specs?
like production block thru prop exhaust etc?

Gazza I have also a F3 Burgess that was built in England I bought 3 power heads from Cess they are called M31 they are great engine I bought all my parts and even gear boxes from Greg he is pretty easy to work with
I have mine up for sale I race it for 4 years in Australia now I have stepped up to F2
Well you will have great time with your boat they are perfect boat to go racing all the best
