Hi powerabout, i couldnt answer your question properly as i race F1 river races, but the current Aussy rule book says F3 -1.25ltr carby or EFI min hull lngth 3.5m 350KG so i would presume max power 1250 as we also have an 1250 - 1800cc class, also yamato & 800cc classes.
Cheers
