2002 OPTIMAX 200hp fouled plugs

Plugs fouling #3, 4, 5, and 6 Sometime 1 at time and other times 2. Dealer has replaced 12 plugs ,rebuilt air injector, replaced 2 themostats, replaced TPI and upgraded computor. Got the boat back on Thur. launched today ideled out of the launch tried to get up on plane could go over 3200 rpms 2 plugs fouled in less then 10 min. I need help.

Check to see if the vst is flooding and sending fuel through the vent hose and right into the airbox. Quick way to check would be to remove the hose at the airbox and route it down into the cowling.-I have seen this on a 2001 and a 2002 opti. I later routed the hose like on the 2003 down through the adaptor plate where it wouldnt get into the plenum and foul plugs
