Auction At The Rumble!!

This was an awesome idea that Brad Collins came up with.
We will be having an auction at the Rumble, probably Saturday night, and probably at the Tiki Bar.
Anyhow, here's the deal.
We are looking for donations of marine supplies, parts, acces. etc to be auctioned off.
Here's the best part. Since everything is being donated, that means that 100% of the proceeds can go to the Make a Wish Foundation.
NOW THAT ROCKS!!
Brad is a man on a mission and has already gotten Eddie Marine to commit to donating some of their awesome hardware!!
Anybody out there that has a business that builds, provides, manufacturers anything related to the Hi-Perf Marine market, please help us out.
And to those of us in attendance at the auction, dig deep fellars!!
More specifics will follow but it's on for sure so any one that can help us out, please let me know.

instigator YOU are the man when it comes to organizing a function thats for sure!!! not always looking to get in anyones pocket and all proceeds go to make a wish, thats cool man!!!

You should be like one of those Poker Run organizer type dudes. How much to do the Romp next year?? I want to bikini clad ladies for each rig...(except mine being happily married and all

) and lots of free stuff. Oh and powerheads to try as well as lower units.

We have barely begun to contact people on the auction for donations and already donations are starting to come in. When I sopke with Eddie Borges of Eddie Marine and told him about the auction and that 100% of the proceeds go to MAKE A WISH, he did not hesitate to say WHAT DO YOU NEED. I also got an email this morning from Rodney Nance of Racekote. He has also made a donation. Thank You for your donations. This will be a very exciting event.

We need to find a person to be the auctioneer or MC for the night. My choice would be Ken Warby -- lets see if he can talk as fast as he goes on water.

all the goods. You and I talked about doing that at "BTTW" too. Damn Gator, taking all our "up north" fun away. LOL We plan on having an auction up here too. All proceeds will go to March of Dimes. This is a great thing to do for those who can't.

When there is a good cause, people--PROUD AMERICAN PEOPLE-- will pull through. I believe events like what you guys are putting together will benefit our sport as well as our immage to the public. Mike, if you want or need some help, let me know. I will be happy to help. I just want to see this stuff get organized and grow.

I will be getting some small donation stuff from a few local dealers here. Anything you can scrownge up for ua will help. We will have an auction at my house the evening of the fryout. I am really hoping we will have over 2K for the donation this year.

Youa re right, this is all good stuff for our sport. That's why we do these events. Last year we got newspaper coverage and all the local comments I heard were very positive.

Thanks again for the offer. Anything you can get for us will help the auction be a positive thing for our sport. I may be able to get an auctioneer to come over and head it up for us.
