Boating photography article this week! (article posted now)
I finally got around to finishing the forthcoming boating photography article I've been promising. It will be fairly extensive, but digestible for anyone. It should be up by the end of this week.
Edit: Feature article is now posted - click here

great read, but it's gonna take me a few more repeat reads to absorb all that.Just when I thought I had the 35 mm camera learned[ not mastered] digital came out ,and while it's so much faster,my comprehension is slower!!Thanks again!
why ask me ?

Thanks everyone. It's really supposed to be a "primer" on photography. If there's enough interest, I'll do a "Part II", showing specific techniques and how to achieve certain effects. That would be a more advanced article though. If anyone has questions, just post them or email me. We may also run a 'Scream And Fly Performance Boat Photo Contest' at some point too.

This is truly an excellent article. I bought a higher end point and shoot camera last year and had to learn all this on my own, it took a few weeks of research to learn everything in this one article. Great job Greg

Greg I just got through reading the entire article. you did a great job and it will definitely help people out, especially those who are just now starting out, guys like pirogue for example.
a part 2 would be nice if you have time and I think the photo contest would be a big hit
here's the one I would enter. I feel it's my best to date
