2.4 hard start
this is a 1984 2.4 efi hi perf. bottom horn motor, timing is set at 8 degrees little end & 25deg. big end, i have to give plenty of throttle to get it to fire never had this prob. before. john could this have something to do with the vaccum tpi that i installed thanks larry j

It shouldn't if the wires are correct. How does it idle right after it starts? How does it run on top end?
