Handsome, funny, and rich.
Is the funny part when he sells a boat that could kill someone?
Rich? Can't cough up half the cost of a $675 repair? I guess he thinks 2 grand in his checking account means he's rich.Living in the Freedom provided by Bud Conner and his fellow warriors.

You bought a used boat . Seller disclaimed the repair ,and you didn't inspect it . Your Bad ! Get over it ,fix the boat and start enjoying it . Why whould you drag this into the court system ? Rich Martin 018

It was 10 degrees out and he didn't feel walking around in the snow inspecting the bottom which had a half inch hook and he thought he could trust the guy... repair was garbage... true, repair was unsafe... true, where you went wrong was the blind faith part, you've got it right now, as rich said, no need to drag this into the court system...
edit... I know you're from florida and 10 degrees is cold, but was that 10 degrees worth the hassle?
lesson learned?
10 degrees in potsdam up here is a heat wave in the winter lol

you got a good point there, i am originally from ny, so i catch your drift!! anyway, the problem w/ this whole thing is that it occurred w/ someone that i knew, so i didn't look at it close, and was told that it was repaired professionally, which obviously it wasn't, i was told by him to get it fixed and he would cover the repair, then he renegs on it, and he told several other people that he was responsible for it, and i have affidavits from them to that effect, i just feel that he should be held accountable for it, he lied and was dishonest, not to mention that either i or my 10 year old son could have gotten killed for his greed, i am sorry if you all don't agree
