Old Blue has moved on to a new home. We will probably see more about it in the future

I'm glad to hear that. I don't know what is planned for her. My only request is that she not be painted. She wouldn't be "OLD BLUE" any more. The rusted parts can be painted or plated and other things done but keep her blue, please.

What do you want to know ? Old Blue is standing up proud on her own stand exactly as it was when we acquired her----no, I do not know why it's a female.
One day we will get around to finishing it.
    Yes, it will remain blue.
Will call when we get around to the paint job and thank you for your kind offer HStream 1, J.

You want old blue to look like it did when she was new make sure you get Bud to coat it. The man is the best.

Then he can have the pleasure of doing it Dave------. This has been the most hectic year of my life so far, seem to be packing eleveteen working hours into every one of the eight days a week trying to catch the rainbow! Not sure what the next project is-----"Old Blue" or "The Cosworth" but rest assured, I'm getting there!

    jack!

What I wanted to know was if more was going to be added. X12, V4 offshoots of the V6 that were mentioned during the thread... I'm sure it would be as good a read as the rest.

It does not need to be coated, it is a prototype, the last thing Mercury worried about was how it looked in prototype stage.

Maybe does not need to be coated but Bud will be able to coat it and make it look as it did when new.
