    coolant hose discharge

why doesn't each head dump the coolant water overboard instead of the water going from one head, through a hose, to another fitting...just to be joined up with the coolant water from the other head and dumped overboard?
    Best regards,
    David

It ain't a dump, it's just a sample pee stream to reassure you that there is water getting to the engine. That's all it's good fer.

    hope it helps

They are nothing more than air bleeds, water goes up to top of block then through top of head, then back down and out, just a good way to eliminate air pockets, hot spots. what ever you do don't drill out the hole in the disc's any bigger than stock(1/8"? been awhile since I looked at one) any extra water flow out, is lost cooling.
