2.5 want to use metal cage bearings,whats the part numbers

1996 2.5 200 hp . the motor uses all plastic cage bearings . when i look at doug russell part numbers i think their may be 10 different numbers for the connecting rod to crank bearings . i am using the stock 644-818141 rods small bolt . i would also like to change the two middle main bearings , the block seriel number is og507568 any help with the part numbers ????????????????
