If you watch the Ontario boat trader you will see some used J crafts every summer. In theory www.trader.ca has boats listed online.
Or you could buy new:

Parker has a Rabco Streaker that would be perfect for your v4.I had one that ran 90 with a small bore 235(1979),also ran a 225 looper on it.I sold it to my cousin and thay put a 115 then a 140 omc on it.It ran over 55 with the 140 and was a alot of fun.I would post the pic that Parker sent me but alot of my pics aren't there now(my desktop dumped on me).If you are interested I will get a couple of my pics scanned tomorrow and post them fer ya.Lonnie
Parker dosen't want much for it either.

J-Craft
A J-Craft is a great choice for a V4. My brother has a 2.0l V4 looper 140 on an old '16. It goes like hell. I've seen 7000 rpms w/ 24 raker 65 mph. Don't want to do that for long. Need a bigger prop. His is an '89 w/ small gearcase. We have a large case we may try. We are going to change the mid section to a newer Fastrack mid. More trim range and much faster.
