    Keeping hull bottom white....

After i clean the hull with on/off it looks great but 2-3 trips to the Great South bay, Long Island, the hull starts to yellow again is there a way to preserve the white hull such as Wax or another protectant??

Any tips or advice would be great!

So i guess waxing it after you use on/off does not make it last!

I guess i just have to stay wideopen all the time, then put it back on the trailer!!!

    Talking Unfortunately waxing doesn't help!

Yeah! On-Off is the best for taking off the stains, and if you had any barnacles or anything of that nature due to an extended stay at the marina, Sno-Bowl will take that rite off. Unfortunately I have not seen anything that will prevent that yellowing from the marina water, if you kept the boat moored somewhere with good open water access, it's unlikely to happen as bad. Canals, rivers, inland waterways are the worst. Oh! and use surgical gloves when removing Coney Island Whitefish...............thier the nastiest.......lmao

    on/off

when using on/off there are several things to be aware of,

    first:
protect your eyes and skin. if you have any small cuts on your skin this stuff will let you know about it immediately!!!

    second:
protect your trailer. if you have a galvanized trailer this stuff will remove the galvanized finish. You can either cover the trailer with a plastic tarp or you can paint it. On/off doesn't seem to hurt paint too much.

    third:
Get a good spray top bottle and spray it on......this is the fastest and easiest way to remove minor discoloration. Just make sure the area is well ventilated. Also clean the sprayer out with clean water when you're done because the on/off will destroy it if you don't.

Sno bowl is a house hold bathroom cleaning product! You can purchase anywhere, inexpensive, and is very effective at removing any type of barnacle marks and such type bottom growth.

Amityray..... thats a good idea to use a spray bottle....

After you spray it on do you wipe the surface or just let it work then hose it off??

Last time i did it i used a paint brush covered the trailer with a tarp and kept rinsing the bottom with the hose.....

    spray

if it just discoloration....just spray it on and hose it off!!!
Its really that easy. you don't even have to touch the boat, unless there is some heavy stuff there.

one more thing, try to find a good spray top. On/Off will destroy a cheap one pretty quick. I use one off of a "Spray Nine" bottle, it seems to last the longest.
