1968 Bp Mid
FINALLY AFTER A LONG ORDEAL, I RECEIVED MY 1968 BP MID AND LOWER. IT IS COMPLETE BUT NEEDS GONE THRU. IT HAS BEEN SITTING A LONG, LONG TIME! SHOULD BE FUN GOING THRU THIS ONE!

where dd you get it, we ran 4 of those mids and gearcases on a pacemaker 202'in the late 60's

Its a BP lower. The BP's were triple vertical shaft(pinion), the SpeedMaster's were dual shaft(pinion) gearcases. Originally Posted by powerabout

Wow you guys are responding to a 9 year old thread. I've had a bunch of this old BP and super BP stuff over the years. Still have a lot of it. That particular mid I got out of the high desert in California. Funny the drain plug was out of it and the whole lower was full of sand.
