The fun begins!!
I've been planning and plotting building a turbocharged 4-cyl motor for my Fox body Mustang for quite awhile now. I finally sent the block off to the machine shop the week before and got some of the parts ordered.
The pistons (Diamond Racing forged, factory turbo app. replacements) came and I took them to the machine shop for final finish on the bores. The rods (Crower Sportsman steel) got here the day after the pistons and the block was finished on Friday. Sooooo Now I need to get it all washed clean, oiled down and hung on the stand so assembly can begin.
I'm stoked!!--Brian Chandler--

Man, I wanted to do that to a Pinto that I used to have. I still have 2 turbos off an SVO. I wanted to put a bonnet on the carb and run a Vortech aftercooler. 2.3's run so good with a damn turbo.

Turboford.org is full of guys with Pintos, Fox-bodies, and a few oddballs all running hair-dried 2.3's. With Ford EFI being easy to swap form car to car, and with MegaSquirt on the market, it's almost a sin to run a carb on one.
Search the web for "Turbo Joe" Morgan. He's got an early Pinto that absolutely rocks!!--Brian Chandler--
