39 psi. The regulator is on the motor.
Use 3/8" high pressure fuel hose.
Fuel pump and filters connect to the fuel rail at the bottom (it's a common hardware store thread fitting), connect the return line back to the fuel tank. I did this with mine by taking a thread-together type tire valve stem, removing the valve, drilling it out to 1/4" ID, ground the threads off the stem, and tapped it into the filler neck hose.'89 Hydrostream Vegas XT, '90 Merc 2.4 Bridgeport PCU EFI

You will need an extremely high output pump to run that motor. Around 100 GPH. Most EFI pumps will not work on a high performance outboard. They run lean and melt the pistons. Talk to Tony Brucato for a good pump, here is his website.
