I love my ram.... 2004 hemi Regular Cab 3.92 LSD, I get about 14 mpg in the city and 18-20 highway depending on speed. The 14 I get in the city is with me flooring it off every other light. I've got 34K on it and have had no issues whatsoever and I don't treat it very nicely either, Just change the oil.

I bought 1500 dodge ram offroad in 2001. It had 19 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. It got terrible gas mileage then and still does today with 135,000 miles on it. But the only maintenance that I have done are oil changes every 5,000 miles, new disc brake pads on front 3 times, and 3 u-joint's on the drive line and front axle. The truck does get used alot (i live on a farm). Money I saved in maintenance got used in gas though.

That's where they are supposed to be under city driving conditions. If it is highway, show her how to release the parking brake.

    Ram 1500

I have a 2001 4x4 with the 360 that has 126,000 plus miles. I have gotten as high as 17.6 mpg on long trips with regular tires and down to 13 mpg during hunting season with mudders. I did have to put a water pump on about a month ago and also had to have a door flap repaired in the a/c system.

I just took my Ram1500 from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa. I locked cruise control at 75mph the whole way up I-75. 18.7mpg. That's with 87 octane. I could probably do better with the good stuff but I put enough of that in my boat.
