Another Vicious CR 17' IS CONCIEVED!!
Bushmen of scream and fly has just purchased his new baby! and I am going to take you step by step through the constuction of his hull.
This will be a completly vacuum infused modified epoxy hull and deck with all foam core and bi and tri directional weaves with carbon fiber accents on exterior of the deck.
This is our cnc cut foam core kit.Going back to my Old Man's Moto's

Having a Quartershot T-4 built. Also having a 15" mid put on 300X. Hopefully will be in the water by the end of May. Sold the Skater to a guy on Long Island back in Dec.

Now way hand fit the fiberglass into the mold so it fits perfectly to all the steps and radius in the mold.

I will be posting more pic's tomorrow morning of the core being installed and the last two layers of material.
The peel ply and line went in this evening the bag will be going in the mold in the morning and we will be testing the vacuum integrity probably by 9:00 am.
We should be vacuuming the resin through by 11:00 am and have a hull ready for bulkheads by 2:00pm.

Laying the last two layers of material before the peel ply and resin lines.
The white vail is the peel ply the resin lines are covered in inka mat which is a perferated plastic that helps flow the resin.Going back to my Old Man's Moto's

Phil, The only gap's we have when all the core is in place is at the steps and at that area there is two extra laminates added for strength. Total of six in that area plus overlaps.
