Thumbs up An "Awsome" Cleaner for seats & more

Hello fellow members! Newbie here so I'd like to contribute something. If you have a Dollar Tree store near you, they sell a cleaner called Awsome and it really holds to its name. You just spray it on, let it sit for about one minute (you can actually see it bringing out the grime), and wipe off with a damp rag. Works great on that deep grime in seats and wont harm them. As some of you know, cleaners with bleach in them will eat away the stitching in seats.
Works great about anywhere else on a boat or around the house and wont damage anything. Sells for about 1.50 a bottle. The first time I used it, I went back and bought 5 more bottles as it sells out alot at my store.

Try the Mr Clean Magic Eraser on seat vinyl, it will make a believer out of you. It uses NO chemicals whatsoever, just water, and it really does work! If it takes away any shine, just rub the area with a dry cloth after it dries and it will look like new.

Awesome is pretty good stuff for the money, I won't take that away from you.

But for boat seats, Pyro is on the money:

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It uses no chemicals (which is very good for the vinyl), just water. It's like a sponge. The material of the spounge is specially designed to get in all the grooves. I thought my seats were clean, I hit them with the Magic Eraser and they came out a bright white I could not believe!

Can it get the worst mildew stains out? When I got my boat it looked like this guy missed an entire spot and almost never cleaned it. I have red seats so hopefully it will really shine up.

    cleaner

Last Spring I bought some cleaner on line called DCS. It will clean just about anything. Took mildew off some spots on my swim pad that other cleaners wouldn't touch.

    Thumbs up

I just used the magic eraser on my seats and it got the mildew off. The more you use it the better it works. It really is like magic.

    chemicals

    here ya go,

MR. CLEAN MAGIC ERASER is made by using a variety of chemicals. It contains several kinds of alcohols, glycerine, fatty acids, methyl esters, serfose and tertiary amines. WOW! THAT’S A MOUTHFUL. What the heck did I just day?

The tertiary amines (ammonium salts), Sefose (fatty acids, iodine and peroxide), Methyl Esters (bromo carboxific acids) fatty acids, glycerine and alcohols are blended with just the right proportions to create a cleaning solution that doesn’t require much moisture, but holds together long enough to produce thorough and complete cleaning AND slowly disintegrates without leaving a mess.

Unfortunately, the mixture of these chemicals makes the eraser not fit for every kind of surface. It can actually scratch or remove the paint on certain kinds of finishes.

most household stores carry it and yes it gets out the mildew. take a pic before and then one afterwards. we usually go threw the boats twice a year with it.
