Cool The Long Island Great South Bay in 1950

I found this really cool Evinrude promotional film that I had not seen before. It takes place in Amityville!

I can easily recognize Broadway (Route 110) but I am not sure where the boating area is on the first segment. Anybody recognize it? On the second sequence there are waterskiers out on the bay, in the flats, right where we all run! Pretty cool film.

Also, I think it’s impressive that a 25HP motor can pull three skiers at once. I realize those are pretty light girls on wide skis, but still, it’s impressive.

Not sure where that cove was, probably just like the coves near 4 corners in Seaford, it's been dredged and condo's all over.
The area in the bay however, geez...I've worn out motors cruising through those cuts. In a few shots you can see Gilgo in the distance
