Grey is tach. Tan with or without tracer is Temp wire. Black is ground for something. I would think all three are connected near ignition pack on top of motor. The grey to grey on ign pack. Tan to sensor in head or top of block. Black could be temp sensor ground.

The tan and black wires could be the oil tank level connections and the gray for a test tachometer.

Tan with the black stripe is the SystemCheck gauge LOW OIL wire from the oil tank plus its black ground connection.

Take a pair O wire pliers and just cut all the ones you don't know are...cut and be done with it. Easy Peazy!
Merry Christmas to you Buddy... you too Mike.Gary

I do.... sorta. The Allison(SackOCats)is still in AZ...AKA The Bat Cave(Dave Bush's Gayrage). Engine in pieces scattered throughout the compound. Hopefully I will be summoned along with skiboater(Mike Lambert) this winter/spring to slap it back together. I'm not holding my breath as it's been a couple of years...
Help me as my feeble mind does not remember who you are Onetime. I apologize, butt as I have said before when I cannot remember...I've slept since then.Gary

I see... question is did you also get wet. When I got wet it was my fault. Butt when I got helped back in I was asked "How fast do you think you were going?" I punched the tattle tail on the GPS... 100.9 . It has been the fastest but wonder if I can call it my personal best.

Yep, good thing I always wear the Lifeline and have the kill switch clipped. When I surfaced, I was about 3' under, I had to turn 180 to see the boat a couple hundred feet away facing away. Just sitting there like it never happened. LOL
