Boat 9 in above photo was a Molinari and it was in the 78 overall winner. Boat was rigged and set up at John's Custom Marine, we had the winners in 3 classes that year.

I believe surfrat on YouTube is covering the race.
I will find out and post.
I apologize for the late response.
We lost our front motor right at dust testing. Fuel injection failure leaned out 5 and 6.
Just finished putting the backup motor on with carbs.
Heading up river to Parker tomorrow to finish our testing and driver meeting

Damn that hurts. So what class were you planning on running with the injected motor?

Were running Div VI which allows 2.4 and 2.5.
We will be running our backup 7 petal carb 2.4.
We missed on the porting a little bit but were going to run it like we stole it, hopefully for 4 hours.
You can watch the race on www.surfrat.tv
Ski racers start at 8 and the Enduro starts 1030 to 1100

Watching the race on www.Surfrat.tv and with an hour left I am happy to see so many boats still going strong! Looks like it was a great event this year!

I see that Nordic came back out and won the overall again. Were they using a $200+K Mercury Racing 1350 twin turbo four-cam motor with a M6 drive? LOL!!! You could race that combo with two 5-gallon buckets dragging behind you and still hit the 109mph target all day.

The 343 finished 4th in Div6. I ran the first leg 90 minutes, averaging about a 4:45 lap times and used 25 gallons of fuel.
On the second leg we lost a lower unit at about 1:50, possibly from a torque flow hub letting go. Our boat was at the other end of the course and was towed 3 miles back to the pits.
Change the lower and got back on the course with about 1hr left.
I did 1 lap and something felt weird with the lower unit or prop.
Nursed it back to the pits and discovered the 2 tiller bolts to the exhaust plate had started to back out and we were missing the 3 bolts that hold the exhaust plate to the midsection in the rear were missing. Fixed that and finished the last 4 laps, taking the checkered flag. We worked now stop from Wed until the race changing elect parts power heads and testing jets and props and I can't wait to do it all over again next year with my family and friends
