Been like that up here for yrs....makes no difference as they just ignore the law. Never see any citations for it in the police log!
I tell everyone if they are in an accident to have the phone records checked.

Any elected official serving more than 3 terms in a lifetime and Lobbyist that haven't worked at least 10 years hands on in the industry they represent. Also outlaw professional activist .
