    Trump....
    The front is just carpeted, no cushions.
    You can lay down if caught in bad weather but could not sit.
    If seriously interested best to call me to discuss any additional info you may need.
    NOTE: I maybe pulling these motors for something else but have others I can use.

    Problem is I have a 24' Banana boat that if I throw some money into will be my main boat. Otherwise this one would be great for me.

    For the few calls, PM's and text lately!
    Yes, the boat is still for sale and if it sells the first post will say SOLD so till then it will be for sale.
    Yes, it is currently turn key and ready for break-in.
    Yes, I will sell less complete motors or less power heads.
    Again not a fire sale and if it does not sell no big deal, no low ballers please!
    Please, read thread carefully, check the attached link to see what you get for the money.

    Tony

    Just re read through the build and the For Sale thread, for the hundredth time. One question has not been answered. What were some top end numbers, with what prop at what RPM? and is this with the motor with cut down heads, or stock CC

    You have not missed anything because the info you are looking for is classified as TOP secret........

    The boat is still in break-in mode because the first set of motors went to a 24' Skater.
    Even though the boats has been around for while I do not run it much, just enjoy looking at it.... It actually sat for at least one summer without even starting......
    I'm currently trying/running 14.5X30 and 14.5X32 Cleavers.
    Had Choppers the boat worked too hard out of the hole but ran OK mid range, did not run it hard up top.
    I have 14.5X30 ET's but have not tried them yet.
    Will also be trying 15X26 Bravo 1 XS's
    The motors should rev 7000.

    After a few quick stabs it has run 80'ish. Personally will be happy in low to mid 90's.....
    This was not built or is a 100hr rocket ship......
    The acceleration and mid range is awesome and what I personally enjoy!

    I will say after owning a few 21 SOB's it runs much, much better through the chop then a SOB! This was seen in the King of the Cut run here this fall when a twin 21 Superboat with 15' 2.5 200's out ran the field by a huge margin.
    The 15" mids also made a great handling improvement.
    These boats years back have gotten a bad rap because they were all setup/rigged with 20" mids. In my personal experience after i set mine up with 20's they did not like the them. If you did want to run 20" mids IMPO the motors have to be way too high for my liking! Plus if run them down deep the chime walk was not good.

    This coming summer I will have some more and better feedback. I'm also making a few changes over the winter.
    Will say the boat is a lot of fun to run.....

    Hope I have answered some of your questions and concern!

    come on... your telling me you never put 30p cleavers on and let her eat? I can do the math on a 30p prop at 7kRPM IDC what the gear ratio is. Your knocking on 100mphs door.

    Id figure the old motors must of been around 250hp

    Are the new motors stock?

    Don't know about 100 mph dragging two lower units through the water, but I'm sure you can't beat the throttle response of twins.

    ~No, I have not let it eat I'm an old man and scared.....
    ~Yes, both setups 20" & 15" both ran/run 14.5X30's they seen to like them for some transom lift due to weight back there and 7” notch.
    ~The original set of motors were 225PM's.
    ~The current motors are also 225PM's, only motors I like and run.
    ~They are all around the 250's range.
    ~Gear ratio 1:87's
    ~Yes, all 4 motors were completely stock except for 16amp charging system and 36CC heads.
    ~In all honesty, I do not feel it will be a 100mph boat or do I feel the need to run that.
    ~It will probably not be an easy # to obtain if it did, will see. I may try it down the road.
    ~IMPO, 100mph on one of these boats is not easy and it takes knowledge and seat time!
    ~The old man in me would personally mainly for safety reasons would prefer to run those high speed with 2 LU's in the water when trying to run anything close or above 100....JMPO
    ~~~PS; I may get some heat for above statement but I'll be ok.....
    T2x(Mr. Luhrs) said somewhere in a post how he felt a twin 21 was a better set up than the singles.
