Paul posted this today on the Checkmate forum, my opinion he is not marketing the sale of the company any better than he did the boats. Not sure how much he wants for everything but if he keeps it up he's going to be lucky to give it away.

The owners of Checkmate have not seen much interest in acquiring the Checkmate molds and intellectual property as a whole, as much as they would like to see the company continue rather than be dissolved. Therefore, offers will be taken on individual models rather than the company as a whole. On the side note, due to increasing demand for restorations, the owners of Checkmate Powerboats has decided to keep the upholstery shop open for all makes and model boats.
