The Hydrostream forum led me to

Scream and Fly and was the main reason I've wasting to much time on the Internet ...

Oh yeah, the old and very first S&F site that was on Angelfire, which was a free web hosting service. That was the first time I ever made a website, and it was extremely crude. I remember updating changes using my Dell 400 MHz Pentium II machine over a dial-up connection.
