Blower is back but the Guys at BDS talked me out of the Stage III conversion. They said it would build too much heat on the blower for this application where it would be operating for long periods of time. The stage three is designed for drag strip and short runs. Oh well, just have to with what I can get out of it.

Just to many things going on for the past two years and haven't had a chance to get the old Dragon Boat out until recently. We were suppose to go over to the Folly camp on Swanee earlier this year but just couldn't get away.
I have been watching S & F pretty regularly though and would like to get down there to Lake Kerr but between the weather and work I am not going to be able to get there. It wont be long and we will be out with it.
Hope the weather clears out for the Lake Kerr event for y'all. Looks like the rain may bring the lake up some.

I may go the T53 Turbine route. Just have to see what my contact comes up with for available turbines. Now that the craze of turbine powered boat racing is dying off there should be a few more available on the market.

It's hard for me to believe it has been 12 years from the time I started the Drag"N"Fever project and thought I would never let that labor of love and art go.......
I reluctantly sold it to my best friend who has property up on the Suwanee River so she will still be heard and seen running the bends of my favorite place to stretch her out along with many good friends during Foleys great events there.
Now well into the works is my next project sure to equal Drag"N"Fever's history.
Stay tuned and follow the build of "Johnny Rocket", The Turbine Warlock... http://www.screamandfly.com/showthre...arlock-Project
