If only Perot would have won and done the 25 cents per gallon debt elimination deal. What would the world look like today? Literally light years better

Tesla has a new battery but It takes a lot of effort to go from design phase to wide open production, the new battery's will first be used in the new Model Y crossover which is just starting production in Texas at the new plant, they also need them for the Semi truck production next will be the Cybertruck that is the reason the Cybertruck has been delayed they need to ramp up production of a whole new battery plant.

Just follow Europe and we are in their wake until we can get voters back to a realistic thought process. I just picked up a new diesel truck and ordered another one while I was there (trade up until they don't accept orders). Two of my friends are A dealers (one G.M., Honda, Nissan, and Toyota), one Ford. Both know we have a short window until the push will be E.V. and they are going to force the system with incentives that most customers simply can't pass up. Biden wants to fund the manufactures who go E.V. based on the numbers they put out. G.M. (as set now) will make as much from us "the Biden victims" as they will producing the product they market if they get to an 80% E.V./total production ratio.
Its mind boggling how we can have a leader that is so short sighted- he wants to give up the fuel tax collected on one side, then give the electric away for free with charging stations, pay for up to 30% of the initial cost for an E.V. purchase based on proposed tax incentives and manf. rebates, then rely on a power grid that is
already fragile and vulnerable. Sounds like someone with a real solid economic plan for us (bewildered). As for our national security "put it all on the grid" sounds like another brilliant plan.
Years ago everyone thought that General Motors was "too big to ever fail"--That was proven wrong. Today we still have people that think our government can never fail--?? TBD

There a few things they were right on as the future was projected thru the Jetsons but others not so much.
1. most accurate that doesn't seem to change (45 second mark-she takes his wallet). 2. At the 1.45 mark they show finger exercise which seems to be where we are headed as we continue to rely on others for production and America types in the order on Amazon. But what was he doing at the 50 second mark "going to work", I guess even cartoon writers could have never anticipated someone like Biden handing out money to stay home and fight against small business "imagine if Spacely Sprokets had an employee shortage".

Keep in mind that what Mercury and Mercury Racing accomplished with the R-series four-stroke V8 engines was thought to be impossible only a short time ago. Mercury will do what it takes to make it work. I think it’s very interesting from a tech standpoint.

In the very early days of automobiles and the internal combustion engine. the risks of having such an explosively flammable fuel carried within the vehicle was a very big concern. It was often feared that cars would blow up very easily in a minor accident, and even spontaneously in hot weather.

Innovation is fantastic and necessary. When it comes to electric power I struggle to grasp whether it’s virtue signalling, hogwash, a single source energy govt energy game, or an end consumer benefit. You can see why I’m sceptical.
if my tax dollars were not part of this and it was up to the consumer alone to support these innovations I would be the single biggest fanboy possible. It’s all the commienomics that are entrenched in this electric power fiasco that turns me offHydrostream dreamin
