So here is a little up date. Megan went back to Temple University for her 2nd heart check up since March. Her doctors spent most of her visit crying. They told us today that they really never expected her to get out of bed again seeing the condition she left in October of 2018. So she has been 100% dependent on her pacemaker since they did the two ablations back in 2017. However now she is able to maintain a heart rate of 40bpm on her own. While she certainly cant function like that she can make it to a hospital if she ever has a failure to her pacemaker (very rare) but so was her cardiac arrest soooooooo. So now we're pretty much focusing on getting her noggin back up to par. Three days a week she goes to outpatient neuro therapy which includes Occupational Therapy, Physical Training and Speech. Her neurologist expects a very good recovery projecting three years out soooooooo as Megan sits here sipping a hot chocolate watching Criminal Minds and bugging me to go out to the garage and bring in a cheese cake one of the neighbors made, my family wants to wish you all a HAPPY THANKSGIVING and thank you for your thoughts, prayers and support, you dont know how much it means to us.
