Just a poor jersey boy 2001 GMC Slownoma.. Just upgraded to a 2001 f250 5.4
Here's the Heep that I use for towing around town. Two years ago I installed a LS motor (5.3 w/ 4L60E) from an 05 Silverado so it's got more than enough balls to move the boat around now. With 300 hp, 33's and 4.10 gears (8.8 from a Ford Explorer) it boogies. For stopping it's got rear disc brakes, bigger front discs, upgraded calipers and ceramic pads all around. For the slippery ramps it's got a locker up front and a traction lock diff in the rear.

Well, I used the 1989 Travel Craft for a year, spent some money and sold it for about what I had in it. Upgraded to a 2002 Gulf Stream B Touring Cruiser with a Triton V10 and what a difference in both power and handling.

Larger everything tank wise but I still have to take extra water for a 3 to 4 day trip...GF and the damn shower.
Still getting years of grime off the exterior but with 16,000 mile and what I paid I can use it for years and make money if I need to up grade.
