High jacker jackplate needs work

TH Marine jackplate 6" setback when down 8" when raised. The motor dont go up anymore and i aint gunna mess.with it or.clean it up or look at it. The actuator is in the jackplate and is 6" setback when down but gos to 8" setback as it is raised up. I bought it new about 8 years ago and it stopped working last year and took it off and im not gunna use it anymore. 2 bolt holes need re taped where the ram bolts to the plate or welded. $300 shipped to US 48
