Pour some gas in a cup and throw a lit cigarette in it. It will go out. I would have been waling on this guy if he had done that to me!!! And I DON'T SMOKE!!!

Now should people be using their phones at the pump mostly NO to many can't walk and Chew gum so they should be paying attention to the huge fire hazard the are pumping and wait 5 minutes. They like to think they are that important that it can't wait but yea it can.
Just watching them fumble with their phone etc while pumping makes you want to slap them
