Countdown to the ODBA Jasper Races!
It's looking like this year's ODBA World Championship races at Jasper, TN is going to be another huge event and I'm really looking forward to going back to Jasper to cover the races like we used to years ago. I just spoke with Shane Stovall to discuss my plans to shoot photos and videos of the race as well as the river run. The fact that this is a race as well as a river run just makes it a very unique experience. It's been a while since I've been to an event and I really need my dose of fast outboards and that glorious two-stroke smell.:)
I'm bringing a lot of photo and video gear with me and a lot of GoPro cameras to bring back some killer footage for you all here. I want to also do a live stream from there, and I'll have two video drones with me. It's going to be awesome.
Here's a trip back in time to Jasper, 2003. This is old, unedited raw footage of the river run. Really great times.
