13 th Annual Suwannee BBQ - River Ride
November 14th -17 th . BBQ Friday and Saturday nights with massive bonfire . Come on by and have a good time , bring a dish if you like or eat what we have , there will be plenty ! BYOB . There is room on the property to camp if you like just let me know . See you there !

Nice, good to see a S&F gathering like this in Florida and not to far from me. We use to attend similar events up in PA and MD before moving to FL. I'll have to check it out for sure.

A Couple of questions about the Suwannee run. I watched the videos on YouTube, looks like a great run. How long is the run, just trying to figure fuel. I have a STV Euro with a 225 Pro Max and the boat holds 27 Gallons of gas. Is the run only one day, I know the event is 3 days, does everyone just boat on their own after the run?

I usually take an extra 10 gallons of fuel in my STV for Friday and Saturday (runs are approx 50 miles with some additional messing around). There will be groups running Friday "some go North, others go South to the gulf". Saturday everyone will go North and meet where the Santa Fe splits. Sunday we usually have a small group that makes a short lunch run if the weather is good.

Found this map that might be helpful for some , the small horizontal lines across the river each indicate a mile , bold numbers are boat ramps and less bold numbers are miles to the gulf one pic is from fanning springs to the gulf and the other is fanning springs to the split.... ps one is sideways and I don’t know how to get rid of it lol

JPerog has convinced me to come down from WI to participate, and my wife and I are looking forward to it.

You will have a great time . River level is really nice and appears to be going down steadily which is good . I look forward to meeting you .
