way cool
but a plastic fuel filter in an aircooled engine bay?
That's a oldie... what year?
You are at 10 lbs per hp....My Camaro is at 6.5 per hp.....Unless I am figgerin it rong.......
72 and it is numbers matching. It is supposed to have MFI, but I'll get that when the engine is refreshed.
As for the fuel filter, it is cooler in the engine bay than a V8. The engine sucks air through it and blows it out the bottom. And it is sealed off very well.

Been working on the interior. Previous owner removed the old and installed a turbo interior. This sucked in two ways. According to the certificate of authenticity it had sport seats. And a used set is around 10 grand. And the turbo seats are HEAVY! So I installed a pair of vintage Wolf Race seats. I bet I lost close to 100# from the old turbo seats. I still need door toppers. map pockets, the knee pad, and a dash. About 4-5K for that. And then a correct steering wheel that is well over a grand. It is getting there though.

I like the older Porsche 911s when they were light more than the current cars. Of course i'm not alone, old Porsche 911s are big bucks now.
Cool ride.
