Inline 6 Question

I have a 1978 90hp mercury and a 1978 115hp mercury. What is the difference? Just carbs?

I think the ports in the 90 are real small.......the 115s are small but the 90s........They run smooth.

I don't think the 90 has power port pistons and cyl porting to match . hf ...
