What did you make the stringers and knees out of? Is it all one piece?
Nice! Good to see you get back on track and making progress.
Thanks. Couldn't find my old thread that had a good title so just started a new one. Stringers are 1/2 marine plywood. Nothing fancy here for material. Excited to get the floor in and flip it to work on the bottom. That's going to be fun since I only know how to do things from reading on here. It's a steep learning curve that's forsure.
Looks good RJ! Keep at it and you will be on the water in no time.
yeaa I agree. looks really nice!
Looking good..nice clean work !
We will see how clean it is when I get to going over the knees! Thanks everyone and especially those who have been posting their own projects. That was the motivation I needed.
some more action! decided to use up some pealply i have left to see what the finish looks like. excited to pull it off when i get home from work today.

right side had the pealply on it. center and left will need a grind before more glass.
Dont forget to make some holes in the very rear of your stringers for water to excape from the sides into the center and out the drain tube.
yep. 1" hole saw for those. still got a lot of glass to go over the stringers and the bulkhead at the front of the stringers that will go in this weekend. then floor and flip for bottom repairs!
