If your still looking I have a complete All Season Marine built 365hp V8 Evinrude, 50hrs on it, came as a pair I kept one for my 22 Stoker.

I have 2 complete 300hp evinrudes with offshore mids and steering bracket for latham type steering. Not sure on compression but they do turn over smoothly. 2500.00 each

What lenght shaft, saltwater problems?

There is a deposit on the Monty powerhead and the NOS block. All that is left is a 275 complete motor with a 25 inch shaft. Condition unknown but was running when pulled
