There are so many good ones.

Bob Kottman.
Here is a few that come to mind Walter Wolfe Marty Logan Matthew Coldwell John Lentzow and Mumford and for the goofyest in the pits Jeff Cleinmark
Most Recent , I'd have to guess , Andy Driver has won his share of Champion Ships .
I know , there have also been many Champion Ships brought back to St. Cloud , Fl. By a few differant Racers .
Jeff Tyner , Jay Smith and Philp Connant , to name a couple .
All running PURCELL POWER , over the last 20 years .
Rich Martin 018
Rich Martin
Kevin Mumford
Dave Bush has my vote.
Marty Logan
His name is Mercury, and he's black...
OK, seriously -- The most dominate I have seen is Matthew Caldwell... He has the most passes without a single loss that I know of... I don't remember the number, but it may have been a full season or more... It took a dang strong bottle unlimited boat to outrun him in Outlaw trim..
They all were so fast,my favorite was Walter Wolfe, seen him go thru 33 boat fields without a loss, but that Purcell gang is a fast crew along with the Darryl Lane boat works crew,Then there was the Diamond marine boys,Whew they could run its not only the driver, its both...
I think 20 years is hard to figure. You have many guys that have dominated for short periods of time relative to 20 years. Dewitt dominated pro fuel for at least 2 years. Marty won 5 World Championships in Unlimited. Doc Tripp kicked ass in several classes all at the same time. Randy McCormick really fast for a while. I feel right now that Ray is about as unbeatable as any non nitrous boat has ever been.
Wins isn't the only thing that matters to me because I look at the competition they were up against. To dominate a 3 boat class really doesn't hold as much weight as dominating a 10 boat class that is full of heavy hitters. Drag racing is getting more & more diversified with short track, 1/4 mile & rope racing to ever answer this question without a good argument for several guys if not dozens of guys.
