2006 Mercury 250XS

'06 250XS with just over 500 hours. Upgraded to a new V8 ProXS, so this one has to go. Strong running motor, I've babied it since I bought it with around 300 hours. 120 compression across the board. The rod on the trim cylinder broke off from it's mount (see photos). I'll fix it if the motor doesn't sell as-is. Have videos of it running the day I pulled it off, but don't have a way to start it currently since it's sitting on a pallet. Prefer local pickup, Baltimore MD. $6k OBO.
