Cruzzing on fee-bay today

Hey all, how was your day? I was surfing on fee-bay, looking to see If there was any steels out there that ya all haven't got to yet. There was a engine in TN that caught my eye a couple days ago, it was a supposed 280 on a bass mid with a sportmaster on it, said the power head had a hole in it, by the picks looked like a dealer had it. $1500 was the opening bid, but no bidders at the time I seen it but a sh-t load of watchers. Today I got a e-mail from fee-bay asking if I was still interested in that engine, I click on it said engine was no longer available, but take a look at these others. So there was a pic of a 280 efi on the back of a red alli With a title saying 2.5 L 225 power head with warranty. So that got my attention so I clicked on it and guess who's back at it again? good old blacktird advertising a 2.5l powerhead but has pic's of a 3.0L. I know some years back members had some issues with the junk this guy tried to sell on here, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!:reddevil:

It's astounding with what that outfit has gotten away with . I had a really bad experience with them so many years ago. They're on eBay all the time and somehow have managed a top rating. Lost a ton of money thanks to them.
