The good thing about the reed cage running perpendicular to the cylinder centerline is that as the rod moves away from BDC it uncovers the intake tract equally on each bank . The bad thing is that to package it requires that the area to house reed block is rather small .Quote:

The coolest part is they are using real reed cage.
They actually did a great job of getting as much reed petal area possible in such a cramped space ... :thumbsup:
