Rub rail up, how to remove the spots created by a leaf which leaves a stain. I tried hull cleaner but doesn't work. I can remove with a cleaner/wax with a lot of rubbing... but has to be a better way.

Acetone followed by clear water, try a small test area
Also adding the flapping bugs by their wings...
I've used a rag with bleach on it and let it sit for a couple of minutes, then rinsed with fresh water. You can also try Cleaning Detail on a soft towel.
I believe compound and a couple rags like you have been doing - in the shade . Or a buffer and save some elbow grease but it does sound like it' due. Continue with the wax cleaner minimum. Usually it' a fine compound and use an old toothbrush for rub rail seems or tape off the seems/ joints and and save that clean up . It will dry white in those seams if not and looks shoddy . Get buffing.
Try Amazing roll off. It's not an acid.
Found this works very well. one spray, wait a few seconds, and wipe off. Also works great for seats.
