Looking for 150, 175hp- 20"
I'm looking for a good running, great shape, fresh water only, 150, or 175 20". I'm in Richmond, Va. if there's anything close. Going on a 1996 Skeeter ZX180 Bass boat. Currently have OMC controls, so if a different brand, might need controls also. My son and I fish a lot of tournaments, almost every weekend.
Quick back story: Got screwed when I bought the boat last year. '96 Evinrude Intruder 150 dropped a cylinder 5 minutes into the maiden voyage. Bought an older Cajun with a 1988 Johnson GT150 and repowered. Sold the Cajun and Trailer.
That being said, the Intruder could be for sale/or trade, as well as the GT150 can be for sale/trade as part of the deal also, or both. The GT150 is currently running, and rigged on the boat. She's thirsty, and i'm told cylinder 4 is slightly scuffed. I'd like something with more modern technology and a little better on gas.
