250 efi head cut
What would be the way to go with a set of 250 efi's, as far as heads?. Is it better to send them out and have them cut or buy 300 heads?. From what I have read I would be looking for a set of 300 pm c11 or c10 heads if I was swapping them ?. If I was going to send them out for cutting, were would be the best place to send them and what would I expect to pay for the machining?. When cutting does that affect the sealing of the heads?. thanks tom

Chaz will actually fill the dome, recut it and the quench ring to proper cc and never touch the spaghetti ring or sealing o ring. Done nicely.

That's good info to know. I read JRS does a good job too. I haven't checked into it any farther as we live in Michigan and I picked up two new leftover 2017 sleds, that set me back almost $30k cash. And yes they are 2- stroke!!. Its 10 degrees here today and we just got 21 inches of snow in 24 hours!.. Once it starts to warm up I will be making some calls and checking around as my wallet needs some refilling and I don't like bothering people til I'm ready to do a project.
It would be nice if I had a idea of pricing on the head cutting as I do have twins..
